1 1/2 cups sugar
3 1/2 tablespoons cocoa
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 small can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and cocoa. Add the rest of the ingredients. Don't beat with mixer but mix well by hand. Cook in unbaked pie shell at 325º for 45 minutes or until firm.

A great quick and easy pie when you end up with company for dinner that was not planned. I made this a lot at OBU.
