1 cup sugar
4 tablespoons cornstarch
3 1/2 tablespoons cocoa
3 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup regular milk
4 tablespoons butter


Meringue:
3 egg whites
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in saucepan. Book stirring constantly until thickened. Lower heat and let bubble three minutes. Pour into baked pie shell.

Beat egg whites till soft peaks form; add sugar and cream of tartar; beat till stiff; place on pie, sealing edges. Bake till brown at 375º.
