3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine beaten eggs, sugar and flour. Add melted margarine. Stir in buttermilk and vanilla. Beat until frothy; pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes and 325º for another 25 minutes.
