1 cup margarine
2 cans mushrooms
2 cups chopped celery
2 cups chopped onion
1 tsp thyme
1 1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup parsley flakes
3 - 4 cups chicken broth
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 1/4 tsp sage
12 - 13 cups bread

Melt margarine. Cook celery and onion. Mix remaining ingredients. Put in crockpot; cook on high for 45 minute, then low until done 2 - 4 hours.
