Double to fit in bread.
8 oz chopped water chestnuts
1/2 onion chopped
11 oz frozen spinach, cooked and drained well in towel
1 c Hellmans mayonnaise
1 c sour cream
1 pkg Knorr's dried veg soup mix

Mix ingredients together.
Make a cavity in whole pumpernickel bread and fill.
