3 C biscuit mix
2/3 C milk
2 C sauerkraut, drained
1/4 tsp each garlic powder, onion powder
8 franks

Directions:
Directions:
Combine biscuit mix and milk. Stir with fork into a soft dough. Knead 10 times on floured surface. Roll out to 20" X 10" rectangle. Cut into 8 - 5 in. squares. Combine kraut and seasonings and milk well. Split franks lengthwise (do not cut through). Arrange 1 on each dough square and top with kraut mixture. Bring opposite corners of dough over kraut mixture. Brush with water and press to seal. Arrange on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400º until biscuits are done.
