3 T. margarine
3 T. flour
2-3 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
1-2 cans tuna
1 pkg. frozen peas

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine and stir in flour to make roux. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Add peas and tuna and serve over toast.

Mom also used to make this with chipped beef instead of tuna, leaving out the peas.
