2 eggs
2 Tbsp flour
1/3 c milk
4 oz can chopped green chilies
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 c. shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, flour and milk together. Then add green chilies, and cheese and mix together. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake @ 375 for 25 minutes or until crispy around the edges.

Let cool slightly and cut into one-inch squares and eat as a finger food.
