3 (12 oz.) cans whole kernel corn
1 stick butter
1 (8oz.) cream cheese
1 (4oz.) sour cream
1/4 c. whole milk
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
1 sm. jar pimentos, opt.

Directions:
Directions:
Drain corn, set aside. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, butter, whole milk, garlic, salt, & pepper in a sauce pan. Heat slowly until thick & creamy.

Mix corn, cream sauce, peppers, & pimento together in casserole dish. Bake @ 350º for 30-45 mins. until bubbly.
