Ingredients:  
1/2 stick oleo
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
2 cans hominy
3/4 cup grated American cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute oleo and onion. Add cream of mushroom soup, peppers, hominy, & cheese. Salt & pepper to taste. Stir well. Bake @ 325 for 1 hr. in covered dish. Remove from oven & stir well before serving.
