1 lb dry navy beans (or 3 cans great northern canned beans)
1 Jalapeno pepper
1 cup water (if using dry beans)
4-14 oz. cans chicken broth
5 cups cooked chicken (approx. 4 breasts)
1 onion chopped
1 cloves garlic
1 Tbs. white pepper
1 tbs. oregano
1 tbs. cumin
1 tsp. salt
1-4 oz green chilies
18 flour totillas
monterey Jack cheese
salsa
sour cream

cook about 1 hour. Use cut tortillas to line bowl. Top with cheese, sour cream and salsa
