1 gal. apple cider
1/2 gal. apple juice
3 c. sugar
6 cinnamon sticks
1 L Everclear

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to boil and immediately put to simmer for 1/2 hour; apple cider, apple juice, and sugar. Add cinnamon sticks. Cool. Refrigerate for a day. Add Everclear. Strain, bottle, and refrigerate.
