Mix together:
3c. boiling water
2 pkgs. of Jello Tapioca Pudding
1 (3oz) of Orange Jello
Let this cool & then add:
1 small can of mandarin oranges (drained & cut up)
1 (8oz) tub of cool whip

Mix this all together & cool for several hours or overnight before serving.
