1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of celery soup
1 large onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can peas and carrots, drained
mashed potatoes
butter
cheddar cheese
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef and onion until meat is browned. Drain and season with salt and pepper. Mix in the soup and pour into a greased casserole dish. Mix the vegetables together and pour over the meat. Spread mashed potatoes over the vegetables; dot with butter. Bake @ 375º about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and paprika and bake until cheese is melted.
