1 pkg of Tater tots - 2 lb pkg
1 lb your choice of meat (cubed ham, bacon, etc.)
1/2 chopped onions
4-5 eggs
2 cups of milk
2-3 c. your choice of cheese

Bake for 20-30 min at 350*

Spray a 9*12 pan
Spread package of Tater tots on bottom of pan
Sprinkle with your choice of meat (cubed ham, bacon, etc.)
Sprinkle with chopped onions
Beat eggs with 2 cups of milk and pour over Taters, meat & onions
Sprinkle with your choice of cheese

Bake for 20-30 min at 350*
