"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Place 20 8" wooden skewers in water to soak. Heat grill to med-high head. In small bowl, combine the ketchup, honey and Worcestershire sauce and set aside.

Slice chicken lengthwise into twenty 1/2" thick strips, thread onto skewers and season with salt and pepper.

Lightly oil grill. cook chicken, turning occasionally, until cooked through, 6-8 minutes, basting with the ketchup mixture during the last 2 minutes of cooking.

Meanwhile, grill the corn, turning occasionally until slightly charred, 3-4 minutes. Cut the kernels off cobs. Place in bowl and toss with butter, scallions, salt and pepper

Personal Notes:
For a quicker meal, use chicken breast or tenderloins and do not use skewers. I marinate the chicken in the honey mixture overnight.
