1 med. Cabbage, chopped in bite-sized pieces
1 large Onion, diced
1 lb. lean Ground Beef
1 qt. Tomatoes
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown Ground Beef and Onion in large pot, do not drain; add Cabbage, Tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Cover with lid and simmer until Cabbage is tender. Add Salt and Pepper to taste. Serve with Mexican Cornbread.
