No Bake Pumpkin Cream Pie Recipe

1-1/2 cups Confectioners Sugar
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
4 Tbsp (1/2 stick) butter, softened
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 (16 oz) can pumpkin
1 9 inch graham cracker crust
1 cup heavy cream, whipped optional

Tip: 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 1/8 tsp ginger, and 1/8 tsp cloves may be substituted for pie spice.

Beat sugar, cream cheese, butter, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice with electric mixer 1 to 2 minutes until fluffy.

Add pumpkin and blend
Spoon in crust.
Chill 6 hours or over night

Serve with whipped cream if desired.
