8 frozen microwave pancakes
1/2 cup soft-style cream cheese
3 Tbsp spreadable fruit or jelly

1. Carefully spread each frozen pancake with 1 Tbsp soft-style cream cheese. Spoon a rounded teaspoon of spreadable fruit on top of the cream cheese.

2 Make 4 stacks of 2 pancakes each. Place on a large microwave safe platter. Microwave on 50% power for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes or till the stacks are heated through. Serve warm
