2/3 cup uncooked wild rice (washed & drained)
2 cups water, 2 tsp salt
Bring to a boil, cover and cook on low about 45 minutes

2/3 cup mayo
2 T. lemon juice
1/3 cup milk
1/2 small onion - grated
cooked rice
2 1/2 cups cooked and cut up turkey
8 oz can water chestnuts, sliced and drained

At serving time add 1 can chunk pineapple, drained, 1 cup cashews, 2 cups seedless green grapes halved
