2 3/4 c. flour 3 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. shortening 1 egg 1/2 c. milk Mincemeat filling
Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Cut in butter and shortening. Add egg and milk. Divide dough in half. Roll half and fit into 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread with mincemeat filling. Roll second half and place on top. Bake at 375º for 25 - 30 minutes.
