Directions:
Press cookie dough onto a 12 1/2 inch pizza pan. Bake at 325 for 15-20 minutes or until light brown. Let cool. Mix together well, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Spread over baked cookie. Spread crushed pineapple over cream cheese. Starting at outer rim of pizza pan, arrange fruit around pan. If using banana slices, dip in peach juice to prevent browning. Place large strawberry in center. Keep refrigerated until serving.
