2 Cornish game hens, halved
2 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup maple flavored syrup
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
2 teaspoons soy sauce
8 oz. can (1 cup) crushed pineapple, drained

Heat oven to 350 F. In 13X9-inch pan, arrange hens, skin-side-up. Brush
with melted margarine; season with salt and pepper. bake uncovered for 30
In small bowl, combine syrup, lemon juice, mustard, soy sauce and pineapple;
spoon over hens. Return to the oven for 30 minutes or until well browned and
tender, basting occasionally.
