Brownie Pudding Recipe

1 c flour
3/4 c sugar
2 t cocoa (regular type, dry)
2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1/2 c milk
2 T salad oil
1 t vanilla
3/4 c chopped walnuts (or not)
3/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c cocoa (same kind as above)
1 3/4 c hot water

Sift together first five ingredients; add milk, salad oil, and vanilla; mix
until smooth. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan. Combine
remaining ingredients; pour over batter. Bake at 350o for 45 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings. VERY RICH.
