2 - 48 oz. jars of great northern beans
4 c. cooked, cubed white chicken
2 T. olive oil
2 med. onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz. can chopped green chilies
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
6 c. chicken stock or broth
3 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
8 oz. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large pot over medium heat. Add onions and saute for about 10 minutes. Stir in garlic, cumin, cayenne pepper, chilies and oregano. Saute 2 minutes. Add beans and chicken broth. Cook about 2 hours on med-low heat. Add chicken. Spoon in sour cream and stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in cheese right before serving. Can garnish with a dollop of sour cream and cheese if desired.
