2 cups King Arthur Pie and Pastry Flour blend
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup shortening
1/4 to 1/2 cup ice water*

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together the blend flour and the salt. Then cut in the butter and shortening. Mix till well-combined and unevenly crumbly. Drizzle just enough water over the mixture to make it cohesive. Gather into ball and cut in half. Refrigerate for half hour. Yield crust for 2 crust pie
