1-2 Vidalia Onions, diced
2 Tbsp Honey
1/4 Cup Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Fresh Rosemary
3/4 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 Cup Beer
1/3 Cup Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Minced Garlic

Mix and Marinate Pork Loin. Optional: Reserve some marinade and use it during the last few minutes of cooking.
