1 lb. butter
1 lb. Velveeta Cheese, no substitute
4 boxes powdered sugar
2/3 c. cocoa
1 T. vanilla
3 c. chopped nuts, optional

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan melt butter and cheese together over low heat. Sift 4 boxes of powdered sugar with cocoa; add vanilla. Blend mixture with melted butter and cheese. Add chopped nuts. Pour into 2 well buttered 9 x 13 inch pans. Chill in refrigerator and then remove. Cut into squares and leave at room temp. (makes 8 pounds of fudge).
