2 cans whole kernel corn, drained 1 medium onion, chopped 1 sweet red pepper and 1 green pepper, chopped 1/4 c. minced fresh parsley 1/4 c. cider vinegar 2 T. vegetable oil 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Combine all ingredients and chill for at least 8 hours.
