1c sugar
1/3c Crisco shortening
2 eggs, mixed
1T vinegar
1-1/2c all-purpose flour
1t Baking Soda
1t salt
1T Vanilla
1c Pecans or Walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs and beat well. Sift flour, soda & salt together. Stir bananas, vinegar and vanilla into first mixture. Add sifted dry ingredients. Add nuts.

Bake at 325 (loaf, knife test after 45 min) (muffins, until they spring back or test with a toothpick
