1 pkg apricot nut bread mix
1 slightly beaten egg
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup water
combine until mixed
In separate bowl put
2 - 3 oz pkgs cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 cup flour
1 tsp orange peel grated

Directions:
Directions:
Grease loaf pan, add 2/3 of first mixture, add cream cheese mixture as a layer and top with remaining 1/3 of first mixture.
Bake 350 - 1 hour

Pillsbury bread mix - If you do not have fresh orange juice, canned is fine - and you can also use commercial grated orange peel - because I am lazy
