1 head romaine lettuce
1 head red leaf lettuce
1 head Boston lettuce
1 bunch spinach
1 large red onion - sliced thin - separate in circles
Drain 1 large can mandarin oranges (2 small)
1 bag salted cashews (about 2 cups)
2 cups croutons

Celery seed dressing:
1 cup salad oil
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp celery seed
combine all ingredients except oil in mixing bowl, beat mixture constantly, slowly adding oil, until mixture thickens, cover and chill, stir before serving

Salad greens should be washed, torn into bite size pieces and chilled. A few minutes before serving, place salad greens in large salad bowl. Add onion, orange sections and cashews. Toss with celery see dressing until well coated. Add croutons, toss again and serve.
