2-2/3 cups baking/biscuit mix
2 cups Domino lemon flavored sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, stir baking/biscuit mix with fork to break up any lumps; stir in Lemon flavored sugar and cinnamon until well combined. Add egg, milk, and vanilla; stir well (mixture will be lumpy). Stir in walnuts.
2. Drop dough by rounded tsp 2 inches apart, onto greased, large cookie sheet. Bake about 12 minutes or until almost no indentation remains when touched and edges are light brown. Remove from oven. Cool about 2 minutes; with pancake turner remove to wire racks to cool.

3. Sprinkle with lemon sugar or frost with lemon frosting.
