2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can evaporated milk
2 small cans green chilies
1 lb Velvetta cheese
2 lb ground beef
1 clove garlic
2 dozen tortillas
2 onions, chopped
1 lb grated cheese
2 small cans tomato paste
chili powder

Brown ground beef and drain. Add garlic, onions, chili powder and salt. Pour tomato paste over and mix well. While beef and seasoning simmer, put chicken soup, milk, chilies and cheese in. Stir until cheese is melted. Put meat into tortillas; roll and put into large baking casserole. Add cheese sauce, then sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
