2 cans of spinach-rinsed & drained
8 oz. lowfat cream cheese-room temperature
1 c. lowfat milk
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 c. shredded lowfat sharp cheddar cheese
1 can fried onions (like DurkeeŠ)

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, add cream cheese and milk and melt on medium heat until creamy. Add spinach and garlic and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring intermittently so mixture doesn't stick.

Serve with sprinkled cheddar cheese and onion bits.
Makes 4 servings.
