1 pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 egg
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vanilla pudding with undrained pineapple, beaten egg, and lemon juice. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture boils and is very thick. Remove from heat. Cover with wax paper and chill. Whip heavy cream until stiff; gradually add sugar. Carefully fold half of the whipped cream into pudding mixture. Serve in bowls with a dab of whipped cream and a cherry on top.
