1-1/2 lb ground beef
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 envelopes taco seasoning mix
1 jar HOT picante sauce (you can use mild or medium)
1can chopped green chilies
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can black olives, sliced
12 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix, mixed according to pkg. directions

Brown meat and onions;add next 6 ingredients, mix well; simmer for 15 minutes. Pour into a greased 10 x 15 casserole dish. Mix cornbread mix and spread on top. Bake 30 minutes @ 350º. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake until cheese is melted.
