10 cups ground zuchinni
5 cups ground onion
5 tablespoons salt
1 red, orange, and green pepper ground
5 cups sugar
1 tablespoon tumeric
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon pepper
21/2 cups cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix zuchinni onion and salt and let sit overnight.
drain and add remaining ingred. Simmer for 30 minutes and waterbath can.
