7 lbs peaches or apricots
2-3 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp.cloves
2T. lemon juice

Wash, peel and pit fruit; puree fruit using a blender or food processor. Pour into 6 quart crock-pot. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on high for 8-10 hours. ladle into hot sterile jars and seal; water bath 10 minutes .
