1 Large Steak or 2 Pieces of Chicken
1 can of spicy corn with red pepper
Tostitos Chunky Salsa
1 Pkg Mexican Rice
Soft Shell Tacos or Tortilla Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cook large steak in a big frying pan until done then slice into strips. If your doing chicken tear apart with fork after cooking. Drain any grease from pan and place on stove with no heat.

Follow directions on rice and corn. Then, place cooked rice and corn in frying pan. Put a cup of salsa in and all the meat in the frying pan. Mix together. Warm on low heat. Sprinkle cheese on top and serve with either chips or in tortilla shells.
