1 Cup Flour
Cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
tsp. salt
cup milk
1 egg
2 Tbsp. Butter
1-1/2 cups red, ripe strawberries, sliced

Cup Flour
Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Butter
cup nuts (optional)

Sift together dry ingredients. Add milk, egg and butter. Beat wet ingredients for 2 min. Turn into a greased 8 x 8 x 2 pan. Top with berries. Mix crumble topping until desired texture. Sprinkle with topping. Bake for at 375 for 35 minutes.
