1 Box German Chocolate cake mix
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1/3 cup plus ½ cup evaporated milk (divided)
¾ cup margarine melted
60 vanilla caramels (14 oz.)
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry cake mix, pecans, 1/3 cup evaporated milk and melted butter. Press half of batter in 9x13, greased pan. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes. Melt caramels with ½ cup evaporated milk until mixture is creamy, pour over baked layer. Sprinkle chocolate chips over caramel. Press remaining cake batter on top (press between hands and lay on top). Return to oven for 18 minutes longer. Cool and Cut in squares (plastic knife works best).
