3 Eggs
1 c Oil or 1/2 c oil and 1/2 c unsweetened Applesauce
1 c Sugar
1 c Brown Sugar (packed)
2 t Vanilla
2 c Zucchini - grated
3 t Cinnamon
3 c Flour
1 t Salt
1 t Baking Soda
1 t Baking Powder
1/2 c Walnuts - chopped
2 Banana's
3/4 c Raisins

Combine first 7 ingredients. Add the next 5 ingredients. Butter and Flour Loaf pans. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.

Crumb Topping
3/4 c Brown Sugar
1/2 c Flour
3 T Butter
2 t Cinnamon
1/2 t Nutmeg
1/2 c Walnuts
Mix together and crumble on top before baking.
