5 lbs small red skin potatoes- cooked and diced w/ skins on.
2 hard boiled eggs, complete
5 hard boiled eggs, only whites
1 cup grated carrots- raw
1 cup chopped celery
1 small onion chopped
2 cups Hellmann’s Fat Free Mayo
1 packet Fat Free Hidden Valley Ranch Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Combine veggies (first 5 ingredients) toss lightly. Mix Mayonnaise and Ranch mix with a “splash” of milk (low fat of course) to desired consistency. Pour over veggies and mix. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
