2 large Potatoes 2 T Mrs. Dash Seasoning 2 T Olive Oil 1 clove of Garlic - minced
Wash Potato and cut in wedges. Do not peel skin off. Dry with paper towel. In a large bowl toss Potato with rest of ingredients. Spray bakng dish. Lay Potatoes on it. Place in preheated 425º oven for 20 minutes. Turn Potatoes and bake additional 15 minutes until brown or tender.
