4 cups cooked rice
1 cup chopped celery, carrots & onion
2 Tbsp sesame oil
½ tsp garlic powder
1 lb. chicken cut into bite size pieces
½ cup sunflower seeds
4 Tbsp soy sauce
1 can mushrooms
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 egg, beaten with 1 tsp water

Directions:
Before beginning to cook, chop all ingredients & cook rice. Combine oil & garlic powder & add chicken to marinate briefly while wok is heating. Heat to 375 & add chicken. Stir fry chicken until thoroughly cooked adding sunflower seeds about ½ way through (5 to 7 min). Add onions, celery, carrots, mushrooms & water chestnuts and 2 T soy sauce. Stir-fry to mix & add egg. Continue cooking quickly. Add rice & remaining 2 Tbsp soy sauce. Stir-fry over high heat until rice is hot.
