2 Cups Water
2 Cups Diced Potatoes
1/2 Cup Diced Carrots
1/2 Cup Diced Celery
1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 Cup Cubed Ham

White Sauce:
1/4 Cup Butter
1/4 Cup Flour
2 Cups Milk
2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, grated (Velveeta)

Combine all soup ingredients (except ham) in large kettle - boil 10-12 minutes. Meanwhile, in small saucepan, make the white sauce by melting butter.
Add flour & stir until smooth. Slowly, add milk, cook until thick. Stir constantly. Add cheese to white sauce & stir until melted. Add white sauce and cubed ham to vegetables. Heat through & enjoy!
