8 slices bread, cubed
1 cup butter, melted
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup milk
3 eggs, beaten
1 large can chunk pineapple, with juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preparation: Preheat oven to 350º
1. Combine milk and eggs; add sugar and butter and stir well.
2. Add pineapple with juice; stir.
3. Gently stir in bread.
4. Pour into buttered casserole dish.
5. Bake for 45 minutes or until middle is firm.
