Dressing:
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons white vinegar
half and half
5 cups chopped cabbage

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dressing ingredients. Whisk adding half and half as needed to make smooth, thick dressing.

Pour dressing over chopped cabbage, chill.

Grandmother Joy's slaw has just the right balance of sweet and sour taste in the dressing. With deviled eggs, baked beans, and BBQ chicken/brisket, the slaw makes the perfect Southwest meal.
