Mom's Pie Crust Recipe

3 Cups flour
1 1/4 Cups Crisco Shortening
1 tsp. Salt
1 egg
1 TBSP vinegar
5 TBSP Water

Directions:
Directions:
1-In a large mixer bowl combine the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
2-Add the shortening and cut in until mixture is crumbly, about 2 minutes.
3-In a small bowl beat the egg well and add the vinegar and water.
4-Pour over dry ingredients and beat until well combined, about 1 minute. Form dough into balls, wrap in plastic and refrigerate overnight.
